Cinnamon
*Cinnamon or Ceylon Cinnamon is a less common than the Cassia variety and its more highly sought after. It comes from an evergreen tree native to Sri Lanka. It is most common type used in Europe, whereas Cassia Cinnamon is most often used in the US. Both have similar benefits and aroma, but the Ceylon variety is more expensive due to the difficulty obtaining it and the fact it is milder and sweeter in fragrance than Cassia.
